Coming from the world of academic research, Ryma wanted to join <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seawards.fr\">Seawards<\/a>, a dynamic start-up to create a bridge between laboratories and industrial processes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cThis is where it all happens.\u00a0Today, it&#8217;s the only way to do applied research, and put my skills to good use while achieving rapid results\u201d<\/em>. All in the service of an environmental cause that&#8217;s close to his heart. <em>\u201cThat&#8217;s why I&#8217;m particularly keen to put my environmental engineering hat on\u201d<\/em>. With 6 years&#8217; experience in process modelling, she works with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seawards.fr\">Seawards<\/a> on a number of topics, including process energy optimization, post- and pre-treatment of water, and physico-chemical analysis with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seawards.fr\/en\/to-know-to-take-action\/camille-mangin-preserving-marine-life-a-priority\/\">Camille Mangin<\/a>, in-house expert on the subject and researcher in environmental microbiology and water technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Being on all fronts?
